YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM
This program provides a safe and encouraging environment where youth can explore different types of physical activity, from strength training and cardio to yoga, swimming, and sports. With experienced YMCA trainers and Save Our Youth mentors, participants gain practical knowledge about health, nutrition, and goal setting while forming positive connections with peers.
Whether a student is new to exercise or already active, the Youth Fitness Program meets them where they are. We focus on building lifelong healthy habits, teaching respect for self and others, and creating a supportive community that celebrates progress at every level.
